The Bosch LegendsLab Compliance Check helps you minimize legal risks and ensure process conformance in four steps:

Within the Bosch organization, freelancers and companies can be hired via a work contract or a service contract. Two approaches are viable: The contract is entered by the hiring Bosch unit and the service provider. Or Bosch LegendsLab subcontracts for the hiring Bosch unit. Freelancers acting as natural persons sign a freelance contract in this case.

A contract for specific work or a contract for services is entered by the external, hiring company and the service provider.

Freelancers and companies choose their own daily rates. The project’s general conditions are another factor to be considered.

There are two options. You can either post your project providing all relevant information yourself. Just go to your dashboard and click the “+ New project” button in the upper right. Or you send all relevant information to our team via the contact form and we’ll post the project for you.

If you post your project with all relevant information, matching experts will find it automatically. We only charge you when you book freelancers or companies. The amount charged depends on the respective project costs and general conditions.

If you are dissatisfied with your service provider, please get in touch. We will try to mediate between you and the service provider to find a solution. Should this not be successful, we immediately start searching for somebody new matching your project.

If the service provider was hired via Bosch LegendsLab, we take care of the entire invoicing process. All you need to do is confirm the booking by a single click, we take care of everything else. If you hire service providers directly, they have to be paid via your own processes.

In general, you can always extend the service provider’s contract. If necessary, we’ll perform another compliance check.

As long as you and the freelancer like. Experience has shown most projects take around 4 to 12 months. The duration entirely depends on the respective project.

Usually, freelancers can use their own devices. Should IT reasons (e. g. security) prevent this, it would be great if you as project owner could provide a project laptop. Feel free to get in touch if you need support.

This heavily depends on the project’s general conditions and the skills you are looking for. Usually, it takes around 2-6 weeks from the first project request until the contract is signed. Please let us know if you have special requests.

Freelancers and companies are not checked when they sign up. But our experienced team gladly helps you with your research, when examining profiles or performing interviews. Furthermore, service providers can be rated after project completion. The ratings are visible to all project managers and help you navigate.

All signed up users can view all projects. With this in mind, we recommend not to post any confidential information in the project description. However, judging from experience, the confidential parts are not necessary. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you need help posting your project.

The entire selection process is backed up by the Bosch purchasing department. All official documents such as RFP, RFQ, NDA and contracts are closed in cooperation with the purchasing department. Our team happily supports you during the entire process and is always available for your questions.
